About FargoRate

Players with less than 200 games in FargoRate

Players with less than 200 games will be rated higher than their current FargoRating.

**If you do not have 200 or more games, do not sign up for a division for which you or your team are close to the rating cap. The process for rating players with less than 200 games can put players or teams over the division caps.

Contact us as early as possible so we can research your rating.

Players that wait could be assigned a rating much higher than their skill level.

Teams going over the cap number

Players and teams must be at or under the division cap at the time of entry.

I will use the 3 person team as an example.

Let's say you have 3 players who ALL have over 200 games robustness. You have a
600 + 615 + 610 = 1825

Now from the time you enter, the 600 rated player went up to a 604 Fargorate. Your team would still be able to play as you are allowed to go over the cap by max 4 points per player or 12 points per team. Note that you will not be able to enter if You are over the cap when we receive Your entry.

Please note that if you don't have at least 200 games in Fargo that your Fargo will be raised to a higher number.

Let's say Joe Player is Fargo rated a 535 with only 50 games. He is going to be rated higher than 535 in the Soaring Eagle Event. That number is going to range from 5-50 points higher then his current number.

Let's say Joe Player is a 535 but he has 150 games in the system. Typically he would not be raised as many points as the player who only has 50 games. These are not hard and fast rules on the exact increase to players FargoRate. Each player will be looked at individually.

Please contact us right away if you plan to play and you don't have 200 games in Fargorate or if you have not played in one of our events before.
